- Play eleven rounds, starting with three cards and increasing the hand by one each round.

Scoring example
In a round where Queens are wild, a remaining Queen counts 20, a Joker 50, and a 7 counts 7. Add each player’s cards and enter that penalty.
Variant notes
- Five Crowns has eleven rounds: hand sizes rise from three through thirteen cards.
- Scoring in the linked rules: number cards face value, J/Q/K 11/12/13, current wild cards 20, Jokers 50.
- After all eleven rounds, the lowest cumulative score wins. Players calculate the cards left in hand manually.
