How to score Sushi Go!
- Play three rounds, passing hands as described in the original rules.
- Calculate each player’s ordinary card points and enter them under Round points.
- In round three only, enter the pudding points after applying the most/fewest rule, and enter the number of pudding cards for tie-breaking.
- Highest combined total wins. If totals tie, the most pudding cards wins; if that also ties, keep the result tied.
What this scorekeeper records
The scorekeeper adds the hand values you enter; enter ordinary card points under Round points. In the final round, enter pudding points separately under Pudding points and the card count under Pudding cards at end. The scorekeeper adds the two point fields; do not include pudding points in both.

Scoring example
A player has 31 ordinary points and earns 6 pudding points in the final round: enter 31 under Round points and 6 under Pudding points, then enter their pudding-card count for the tie-break. The scorekeeper adds 31 + 6 = 37.
Variant notes
- The original Sushi Go! game lasts three rounds. Enter normal card points for each round, and enter pudding points and pudding-card count only in the final round.
- After round three, the most pudding cards score 6; the fewest score −6, except in a two-player game where the fewer player scores zero. Ties share or split pudding points according to the rules.
- The scorekeeper adds manually calculated pudding points to the total and uses pudding-card count only to break tied totals. It does not inspect card sets.
