How to score Hand, Knee & Foot

  1. Use the four supplied stages: 50, 90, 120 and 150.
  2. Name the two score rows to match your table; the supplied reference leaves them unlabeled.
  3. Enter both rows for each player and stage. The scorekeeper sums them but does not adjudicate canastas or card values.
  4. Choose your table’s winner direction before play.

What this scorekeeper records

The scorekeeper adds the hand values you enter; the app adds the two manually entered rows at each stage. Its family reference preserves the supplied values but is not an official general ruleset.

Scoring example

If a player records 120 in row A and −20 in row B for a stage, the stage contributes 100 to their total.

Variant notes

  • Four stages: 50, 90, 120, 150. Each stage has two score rows in the supplied sheet; their meanings are not labeled, so the rows stay neutral and editable.
  • Canasta: 7 cards. Wild / clean 7 / clean 5 = 2000 / 500 / 300; red-three canasta 3000; red three 100; black three −100; winning hand 200.
  • For a partnership table, use one player row per team and enter that team’s shared score. This is manual team bookkeeping; the app does not model partners, meld ownership or team turns.
