How to score DOS (Original Edition)

  1. Use the original DOS instructions and deck; this scorecard does not cover Second Edition.
  2. When a round ends, count opponents’ remaining cards using the original edition’s values.
  3. Enter the round winner’s points and zero for other players.
  4. The first player to reach 200 points wins under this edition’s scoring.

A Wild DOS contributes 20 points and a Wild # contributes 40 in the original edition. Count all remaining cards using the linked instructions before entering the winner’s sum.

Variant notes

  • This preset refers to the original DOS edition, not DOS Second Edition.
  • A round winner scores points for cards left in opponents’ hands. Original-edition special-card values differ from UNO; Wild DOS is 20 and Wild # is 40.
  • Follow the linked original-edition instructions for the full card values and 200-point finish. Enter the round winner’s total manually.
