How to score The Fox in the Forest

1. Play all 13 tricks in a round and calculate game points from the winner’s trick count.
2. Enter each player’s game points and tricks taken for the round.
3. The first player to 21 or more wins after the complete round.
4. If totals tie, the player who took more tricks in the last round wins; if that is tied too, the scorekeeper keeps the tie visible.

At 21–21 game points, a last-round trick count of 8 to 5 gives the win to the player with 8 tricks.

Variant notes

• After a complete round, the first player with 21 or more game points wins.
• If game-point totals tie at the finish, the player who took more tricks in the last round wins. If that tiebreak is also tied, leave the result tied for the players to resolve.
• Game points from tricks and the last-round trick count are entered manually; bids and card effects are not modeled.
