A remaining hand with one 8, one King and a 4 totals 64 penalty points: 50 + 10 + 4.
Variant notes
- Crazy Eights has many house variations; this preset uses a penalty tally over twelve scorecard slots as a table-selected match length.
- In the cited scoring, eights count 50, J/Q/K count 10, aces count 1 and other cards count face value.
- Players calculate remaining-card penalties after a hand. Lowest total wins this scorecard; agree on any different game-ending rule before starting.
